Pros

- Good place to learn multiple skills in different systems - You can still keep the job with poor attendance and high MC rates - No micromanagement - If you produce some outstanding results or performed in your role, management gives verbal recognitions

Cons

- Managers/department heads not capable of resolving internal issues - Too many meetings without clear objectives, not meeting deadlines and respecting people's time - No unity among department managers, they try to be best instead of working in harmony - No proper trainings/coaching given to agents, most are self-taught and taking experiences by making mistakes - No clear/defined processes, weak product/system knowledge, taking shortcuts and temporary solutions instead of focusing on long-term solutions - Poor feedback systems, senior managers frequently gossips around and quick to complain - Strong office politics - Internal issues kept increasing which leads to performance issues in different departments and increasing irate customers and complaints - No promotion unless someone leaves the organization
