Heavily Micro Managed Managers are Bullies, Toxic Work culture, No support when leaving the business after 21 years, No exit interview conducted , provided all evidence to HR off bullying received from the relevant manager

Very micro managed. You can't let new ideas if people don't feel heard nor recognized for their hardwork. However doing bare minimum seems acceptable 😉
