Pros

. Friendly staff . The staff hierarchy isn't too strict, you can talk to people at all levels of the business . The canteen is nice in the Telford office . They managed homeworking situation in 2020 extremely well and I felt no pressure to go back into the office if I wasn't comfortable to do so. Everyone in the department used Teams. . It's a brilliant place to start your career

Cons

. Pay is lower than the industry average . Procedures can be slow and feel 'Old-skool' due to group level management and systems they use. . A lot of things are planned, but can be scrapped or have major adjustments late into work starting . It can feel hard to see where you would take your career in this department, the numbers and the roles seem very set in stone.

Pros

Pay and benefits , Working hours.

Cons

Unfortunately where as the company strives for change and efficiency the "longer serving" employees in high positions are very much not for change and pursue the "its how we have always done it" mentality and freeze anyone with new ideas out and find ways to push them out.
