      Promotions are difficult to obtain. Boring work. The company does not give any incentive at all to work hard.

      Pros

      friendly people make it good place to work. great opportunities for gaining leadership experience and knowledge. one can easily shift job focus and locations without too much hassle.

      Cons

      one can get lost in the shuffle and feel more like a part of the machine rather than an individual if you aren't motivated and don't make a name for yourself.

      Pros

      The benefits are great. The raises that accompany a promotion are good and career advancement is encouraged.

      Cons

      When trying to accomplish tasks there is a lot of process and paperwork that has to been completed now matter how small the task. Things move slowly and the technology that we are working with is old.
