401k matching is great, Great benefit overall. Pays well if you're an engineer. The 4/10 shifts are great.

Cons

Company culture is horrible. On how diverse they are, it's terrible. Unless you're an engineer, your starting pay isn't that great for the amount of work you do. Management tend to not give out raises nor promotions.
