- Benefits are decent - Work environment & people are pretty chill

Cons

- Constant changes that come at the expense of employees - Extremely low compensation compared to industry averages - Targets always moving and set at an unattainable number - Stock price is at all time low so company is being cheap overall which impacts workers

Insurance There's nothing else good, they have a good insurance policy, The hybrid policy is trash, the management is incompetent, and all they do is push impossible metrics treating anyone who doesn't meet them even by 1 call like garbage.
