      Pros

      hands-off management style that avoids micromanaging, a supportive environment focused on employee well-being, provision of new MacBook and other equipment, and the option for permanent remote work.

      Cons

      some drawbacks such as limited real-time support for new employees and frequent changes in schedules or task assignments, even within a single day, which can be confusing.

      Corporate company cosplaying as a start-up company

      - Competitive pay and unlimited PTO - Effort to grow their people with CareerGPS program

      Cons

      - All about the money - Leaders come from loyalty to the company and not competency in managerial roles - Limited benefits package - Promotes "showing up authentically" but only if you're neurotypical. Complete lack of awareness for neurodiversity. - Favours HQ; other offices aren't treated the same

      Prioritize internal candidates.

      Pros

      Lovely team members and some amazing team leads. Fully covered health insurance, unlimited PTO, and remote opportunities.

      Cons

      Lots of changes for such an organization, and it appears they grew faster than their processes. They have shown to favor external hires over internal candidates even when the internal candidate can get the job done faster. Not too competitive in base salary for some roles.
