they offer free food and are great lgbtq+ ambassadors

Cons

they lie to employees constantly...from salary increases to forcing people to go back to the office even if they were hired as remote workers,.. employees are constantly leaving due to the amount of their poorly executed shenanigans

Pros

- Salary is not bad - Stock option plan is good (though it's tanking) - Pressure is relatively low, in the end no one really cares about sprints or their feasibility. Most successful people are those that pretend to work hard

Cons

- Company has no vision to reach their goals, it changes based on panic by management - Culture is very toxic . This company, unfortunately, seems to be stuck in a cycle of poor management. If you value stability, clear direction, and a healthy work culture, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Cons

Toxic workplace, management is clueless and hide behind slack or emails. No one leads by example. Just look to scaremonger instead of providing you with the appropriate tools to be successful. Don't trust anyone.
