      Can be great if you don't mind political games

      Pros

      You get to meet a lot of good people throughout all organizations. Breakfast, great lunch and soft drinks throughout the day are taken care of. Depending on the organization you will be able to learn a lot to improve your overall skillset.

      Cons

      Political games are definitely there. You'll need to participate in those political games to make changes you feel need to happen. The company is very sales-driven which is perfect if you're in sales.

We would certainly like to hear more about this. We’d encourage you to go to your manager or HR Partner, for a confidential discussion, should you feel comfortable doing so. After all, we need continuous feedback to drive constant improvement.

      Rewarding and inspiring place to work.

      Pros

      The leadership team truly cares about the people and their success. They have an open door policy and genuinely want the feedback. I've never been able to learn as much as I did since I've been working here. My colleagues are incredibly smart and we work super hard to reach our goals.

      Cons

      This is not a typical 9-5 environment. While this may be a con for some, it's not for me. You get the flexibility you need to make our schedule work. But the results need to be there!

      Pros

      Diverse and accepting colleagues, commitment to make a great product focused on the user, smart and talented leaders, a company that is interested in investing in their workforce and in your career, challenging problems which continually break monotony and stretch your technical boundaries, fun parties, great people, fair salaries.

      Cons

      Still in a preliminary stages of understanding the importance of interdepartmental cooperation.
