The company promotes inclusive values and teamwork is highly encouraged

Cons

Team leaders and most of management in the support department seem to be disconnected from the rest of the company and support as a whole does not seem to be a very high priority regardless of what leaders say

There is free shirts/sweaters, there is foosball/darts/ps4, there is food/snacks, there is fair compensation, there is company stocks($$$) but most importantly there is care and understanding - and Lightspeed is not afraid to show it. Lightspeed is an organization, you will forever be glad to have worked for in hindsight. They are truly onto something profound and have an unshakable vibrant culture.

Cons

Not many restaurants around for lunch.
