      HORRIBLE- STAY AWAY

      remote work is nice, decent pay,

      VERY clicky people. Three managers in 2 years there. NO assist from management when needed. You are left on your own to sink or swim. MICRO MANAGED so badly 5 people left the team in 12 months. Our team worked many hours a day and night and weekends as our customers were all over the US, Canada and Guam. There was NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. TODD was a full of himself director and does not appreciate the 10 hours or more a day, nights and weekends the team worked to accommodate their client's time zones and schedules.

      Great Company to work for!

      Pros

      Great company! Everything works pretty smooth there, I never felt pressured or guilty about pto and my team was full of great people. I also thought that they handled remote work well, lots of face time with your teammates throughout the week.

      Cons

      There were layoffs every year that I was there.

      -Pretty good work life balance -Systems are pretty solid and processes are solid -Coworkers are great

      Cons

      -Canadian HR doesn’t really understand how American Health Insurance works -Layoffs are pretty common and seem to happen yearly
