You get handed (hot) leads live Work inside a castle Mac environment Friday drinks, end of month dinner and drinks, quarterly all expenses paid outings Kitchen loaded with coffee, fruits and snacks

Cons

Snobby colleagues in various departments The outings get very old very fast Long hours, people eat at their desk - makes for little life balance Very cliquey and high school like behaviour Management pressure, they do not know how to coach individuals

Great learning environment. Employees can be thrown into projects with very little experience, forcing people to think quickly. The company will also push you to your limits.

Cons

Unsustainable culture for most employees. Better to get things done poorly and mark it as done, opposed to doing a few things well. Long hours tend to be needed to offset previous projects and meet deadlines. Extremely image driven (pro or con).
