Pros

Kitchen, Good product. Great international clientele. Other departments may be good.

Cons

Tech support is all about closing as many tickets as quickly as possible without regard for quality and resolutions. The employees who cared the least about clients and were good at feigning ignorance and getting their calls hung up quickly (which would only result in the clients not actually having their issues resolved and having to call back) were those who were praised the most and given the bonuses and promotions..

Pros

#1 reason to work at this place was the people - this unfortunately used to be a positive thing. Benefits and if you actually work in office, Montreal office is one of a kind! Barista, lunches, and parties!

Cons

Corporate vibes, targets, numbers, sales, sales, sales, and more sales. Company talks about being "customer centric" but is the furthest thing from it. Company is run by a select few - you become a puppet they want you to become or you can look for something else as career advancement vanishes through the varying HR excuses.

Pros

nice WFH option for part of the week great benefits

Cons

The actual job itself is difficult and draining and only made acceptable with a good manager - too bad they got rid of the only one who was actually positive and encouraging! Tech bros clearly get ahead here. They're arrogant and dismissive and the pay does not equate to the level of tomfoolery you have to put up with.
