      - Frequent changes in direction and leadership - Office politics is crazy - Ineffective and fake leadership at the Director level and above

      Pros

      - The team: Positive, good work ethic - Opportunities to grow - Recognition for hard work - Location / Beautiful work environment

      Cons

      Some might not like how our rapid growth means you need to be flexible, but I personally like that, so it depends on your style. You are also expected to work hard, but you know you are in good company so it feels fair.

The quick growth we experience certainly comes with challenges, and it has required us to be extra adaptable.       Amazing workplace, culture, people, opportunities, everything.

      Pros

      -Amazing people, very friendly and welcoming. People are always willing to help and better everyone else's employee experience. -Work environment is very impressive. Good location, free food, coffee and bagels 24/7. Offices are very very nice. Very tech company style. -Benefits are very robust AND they are always improving, never stagnating. They try to think about families, single parents, etc. -Health coverage from day 1 ! -Crazy growth year after year so many opportunities will come your way if you put in effort. -Very diversity-oriented, promotes gender equality and equity, communication and team-work. -Organizational structure is as flat as possible : everyone is approachable. -Salary is very good, but the perks weight in a lot as well. -Apps to get access to doctors or medical advice faster

      Cons

      -Some growing pains can sometimes be identified, BUT at least they ARE identified and addressed as best possible.
