Our Support team is full of incredibly talented people and they often move to other roles throughout the company. We have worked hard to create an environment where growth is facilitated and encouraged, and have seen an exceptional amount of movement within the teams, and cross-departmentally. Our goal is always to provide merit-based promotions that allow us to look at a balance between performance and work quality. It’s true that running a growing support department requires structure; our customers depend on us to have a consistent schedule. We make sure to keep all employees informed of the expectation but we understand it doesn’t work for everyone.
