Pros

The job COULD be ok if you don’t mind being the sales person who never leaves people alone and haunts their dreams until they sign.

Cons

Completely unreasonable sales goals. Not great training (here, watch 3 days worth of videos). Fake frat like sales meetings. Must “drink the koolaid” to keep your job. Benefits, culture and values might be great for everyone else in the company, but being a sale rep in this company is not a sustainable position.

Pros

You learn a lot in a special context : Global Acquisitions Growth Change management Restructure It's a great experience that is super valuable in the longer term, you can do anything after lightspeed.

Cons

Lots of hours Change Management is hard - there should be more investment dedicated to it Leadership vision not clear Integrations of teams isn't easy Compensation Dealing with teams around the globe isn't easy, more boundaries should be put in place to preserve sanity Want to go way to fast and cheap out on quality Very sales driven - lacking the human aspect

unlimited annual leave which is obviously a great gimmick

Cons

Really poor management, with poor structure. When asked about career progression the Director told me that "good for you, but unfortunately for you that is my position". Share price has plummeted
