      Pros

      In dev at lightspeed for almost a year and things are getting alot better. There is good road map of where we want to go and what we gonna build. I like the innovation time alot. A bunch of improvement with dev tools and clear direction making work nicer. Senior dev leaders and CTO making some good change and improvement.

      Cons

      We don't have enough people and I work to much I think.

      If you like money and partying, you'll like it.

      Cons

      All they care about is the numbers, they barely even pay attention to the product or the customers. They sell, and sell, and sell the products even if they are still lacking lots of features. Clients often came back pissed, and no sales reps would want to the take the calls so it was demand generation that would pick up first and listen to the complaints. Nothing was ever done to change that. All they care about is going to the IPO. It's sad that it's become like that. No work life balance, LONG hours. Expected to stay until 8-9pm end of month and come the weekend if you are not close to your quota.

We truly believe in our product and its ability to give customers the right tools to help flourish their business. As we are on this rocket ship towards a potential IPO, our strategy needs to shift, but we are not losing sight of what we stand for.       -Highly motivated individuals -Incredible work ethic -Amazing energy/vibe -Phenomenal learning experience -Super fun environment

      Cons

      -Hard work - Lightspeed is not a 9 to 5 work environment which is tough at times; however, people at Lightspeed are really committed to doing the best work of their lives and to building something great. When trying to accomplish the extraordinary, it's a given that we will need to go the extra mile...this already is the best place I've ever worked and I am so excited and proud to be a part of what we are building...
