      Don't prioritize internal development

      Pros

      I liked Lightspeed while I was working there. I thought there was a lot of exciting things building up and I thought I'd be there for a while. However, there was no assistance for internal development which was a dealbreaker

      - low pay - lack of resources for internal development - sales team cliquey
