      Great people, but disconnected leadership.

      Pros

      Largely a supportive environment, especially within specific teams. Most people here have a strong work ethic. Remote work is an option if you are far from the office but even within commute distance it's only 3 days a week. Offices are pretty nice. Good benefits around PTO.

      Cons

      Leadership decisions seem influenced by people telling them what they want to hear rather than what is practical or realistic. A little overconfident in their product, especially when compared to other competitors in the same price point.

      Energising environment and ambitious

      Pros

      Fun, inclusive environment to work in with ambitious goals. HQ in Montreal is incredibly energising and and an engaging place to work. Each Team Member is passionate and striving to do the best work of their lives. The office perks are incredible; with catered lunches each day with unlimited coffee.

      Cons

      As with any business in tech; goalposts can shift and conflicting priorities can occur.
