      Great people, great office, and an amazing opportunity to learn from every contributor's depth of knowledge. The diversity at lightspeed is truly remarkable.

      Cons

      There's a lack of vision from the leadership that makes it difficult for the teams to harness their full potential. The only focus seems to be profitability rather than innovation.
