Fun culture, solid pay, achievable goals, nice works perks (free food in the HQ office, unlimited time off). Actually being able to provide constructive feedback to the product team makes the role less monotonous than other roles

Cons

Taking extended time off can be tricky in a performance-based role Can sometimes feel like a support-based role

It is a great company to work for. The core values are really respected and they listen to their people. The culture is very down top and that makes people feel listened to. The company puts in great effort to push their values to their people.

Cons

Lots of pressure during this period of growth. There is a lack of people and the company is in full development to grow out of the startup phase.
