- Probably some of the best management I've had, they are extremely considerate, hard-working and always take time to check on what we need and how we are doing. I've been apart of the job market for quite awhile, and it's refreshing to be apart of a company where there is a huge emphasis on employee well-being - Unlimited paid time off. I've never asked and not received, there is an emphasis on making sure that there's a good balance on work-life-balance. - Pay is great - Atmosphere is great. Everyone that works for Lightspeed is extremely considerate and kind. We are all team players and care about each other. Especially the IT team. I feel welcomed and that I can be myself. - Perks are also great, the Montreal office has unlimited snacks and beverages. There are catered lunches, which just the extra touch to show that Lightspeed's employees are one of their top priorities. - The work is also fun. I don't feel like I'm doing mindless work that is not beneficial to the company. I feel like I am an addition to the team that they need and they are always providing me with additional work (not taxing) that will help keep me occupied and not bored.

Hard work, rewarding work. Manual labour was great
