      True lack of people-centricity

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Perfect example of bonding through adversity. Decent and adaptable product for SMEs.

      Cons

      A hostile leadership takeover/overhaul of HR occurred last year around May. Along with the loss of our fantastic ‘People’ people leaders went the positive work environment. One thing is posted on social media while another is actually followed internally.
