      Pros

      - Greats benefits such as unlimited vacations, RRSP contributions, lunches, health and wellness allocation, and volunteering day. - In general, the people is great and nice to work with. - Interesting projects, fast-paced environment, and great learning opportunities.

      Cons

      - Upper management lacks transparency and makes questionable decisions regarding the future of the business. - Upper management overpromises on many aspects. - Mandatory return to the office policy is questionable and appears more as a strategy to micromanage employees than for the sake of the “company’s culture”.

      Pros

      Very Welcoming and friendly environment. People go out of their way to help you settle in. Work/life Balance is encouraged. Been here 6 months and no regrets so far. I am interacting with lovely people all around the world.

      Cons

      So far there has been no downside.
