      The colleagues are fantastic, unlimited paid time off, health and dental benefits

      Cons

      The energy is always good, the team makes it a fun place to work. Hard to really complain.. it is a bit disorganized - Too many different departments/ point of contacts which can lead to confusion as there isn’t anything that explains who to contact for what.

      Pros

      Lightspeed talks about the opportunity to grow your career and move countries or work from anywhere - and they actually mean it. I see people working from different countries temporarily all the time or getting opportunities to move to roles in other countries such as London or Montreal. It exciting to know that these are real opportunities that the company offers and supports.

      Cons

      Whilst the global element is amazing for so many reasons, the timezones can make collaboration hard at times - but the flexibility we have allows you to take time back if you are on early or late meetings to allow for timezones
