      Not enough pay

      Pros

      Loved the management and possible career growth. Did get free lunch once a week, which was nice. Decent support in training and learning the software.

      Cons

      Was only making 18 an hour, worked for a total of 6 months, and still didn't feel super comfortable with what I was doing as a lot of the calls were training the employees that use Lightspeed how to use the software and have never had any experience using it. Lots of rude calls and felt like I wasn't being super helpful. Didn't have too much job satisfaction with what I was doing personally. Left so I could make more money with my other job.

      Lots of flexibility, PTO policy, co-workers and management were very kind.

      Cons

      More documentation on some processes would have been helpful.
