With regards to headcount reductions, this isn’t something we do regularly, nor something we take lightly. We make decisions to conduct such processes only when necessary and as a business, we try to do this in a thoughtful way - reducing other spend before impacting on roles. We are also continuing to invest in our product and customer experience and will continue to grow in these two areas.       Company is going downhill

      Initially Vend was great before Lightspeed came into the picture. Ever since the acquisition, everything started going downhill. Employees are burnt out, targets are unachievable, managers are burnt out too and micromanaging the employees although everyone has been hitting their activities. Half the entire sales team is on some sort of coaching plan. Miscommunication is also a rather common issue in the company. I would not recommend joining this company right now. Many are on the brink of walking out yet nobody is acknowledging this.

      Publicly shared company. Any stock price movement impacts employees, especially sales. Stock has not been great over the last two years
