The company is very large and there have been many acquisitions so it can feel a big disjointed at times.

Just an interview but wow.

I can't really think of any after what I have just been through in this interview process. ~ The benefits seemed good?

Timeline 19th February apply for what seems like a good position at Lightspeed in London The 23rd of February is set for interview stage 1, 15 mins before the interview, email saying "We haven't finalised the position and would like to talk to you tomorrow", I return email, saying ok let's try tomorrow or potentially another day this week. No response... 4th March, ok we have made the decision to make the interview final and would like to speak to you. 8th March second stage interview... "Ok, we would like to allow you to do a third stage interview test with us". 11th March, we are giving you two days to do the test for us (this is quite a complex document, but due to previous training, I was able to complete the document sufficiently), again, I have been given two days to complete which I created was a 16-page marketing document. A few days pass I have sent now two very nice emails, just asking for feedback. 22nd March. The most robotic reply I think I have ever been given saying I was not given the job. It is not the fact that I wasn't given the position that erks me, but the fact that Lightspeed gave me no feedback, and treated me like the underside of their boot, quite frankly I am glad I didn't get the position now and would tell others to stay well clear of this company. I want to highlight between these facts a couple others that I have seen echoed on here about how this company treats people only like statistics, NEVER ONCE, did they get my name right! NEVER ONCE, were they on time. NEVER ONCE, did they give me anything valuable to take away with me, they just clicked a load of buttons and were done with it. My advice, stay away, this is how it starts, definitely not one to go with.
