      - the best CEO - comfortable hybrid working environment (hybrid is the best) - AI subscription budget (humble though) - working from anywhere for 2 months in a year (super power) - easy horizontal rotation (really) - MacBooks (best for working)

      Cons

      - a high level of information noise: dozens of constantly changing channels in Slack (needs clean up) - poorly built communication between teams/systems/products (lower efficiency) - outdated technology is everywhere (true)
