      A good place to work

      Pros

      Lightspeed is a good place to work with s lot of experienced professionals. The team that I work with is easy-going team. The level of work is not that much as well. If you're not looking for be a team lead or manager then it's s nice place to work, for sure.

      Cons

      Hard to be promoted or have salary increased. Internal processes are not transparent and majority of the time you'll be ghosted, so be happy in your current position and don't expect be promoted.
