      Pros

      - Young, ambitious group of people - Nice vibe around the office, "work hard play hard" culture - International environment with mutual respect - Ability to work cross culture and cross regions - Freedom in the job and ability to quickly grow within the organization - Freedom to be you and voice your opinion - Beautiful office at the canal

      Cons

      - Still somewhat traditional Northern American with regards to flexibility around working hours/working from home. Expecting that will improve over time.

      Thanks for your review! It’s always so great to see how our culture is consistent amongst our different offices. Having our HQ in Montreal can sometimes be challenging, but we are one Lightspeed, and I believe that it’s truly felt no matter where you’re located.       Pros

      At my first day at LightspeedHQ, I had a warm welcome from all the team of the department. Since the beginning, I have the chance to be part of a great supportive working environment where I have the opportunity to develop and challenge myself on a constant daily basis. I have been working for the organization for only one month and can already see a major improvement in my abilities to source and approach candidate due to my colleagues that always keep themselves update about best practices to implement in the hiring process.

      Cons

      If you count the hours worked just before leaving, may not be a good fit for you.
