      Pros

      Fast paced company aiming high, achieving even higher. Work here already for 5 years and the experience has been, and still is amazing. Growing potential is very present.

      Cons

      The company is growing but scaled making the employees sometimes stretched. Not necessarily a bad thing, but not everyone can handle this pressure.

      International work environment & great colleagues

      Pros

      - Driven and hardworking (mostly in mid-twenties) colleagues makes for a motivating work environment - Nice office and perks such as monthly bonus (w/ targets), lunch, office right on the canals in Amsterdam, good work/life balance, yearly Sales Kick-Off in Montreal - Room for growth and plenty of opportunities to take on your own projects

      Cons

      - The strategy/work systems are sometimes unclear which is due to a lack of communication with the head office in Montreal - Onboarding could be better in terms of integrating within the team in the first couple of weeks/months

      Thanks for the review! I always enjoy reading reviews from our European teams, because even though we’re an ocean away, we still have the same culture throughout.       Sales driven company instead of being Engineering driven.

      Thanks for your brief review. We’re glad you learned a lot during your internship. Although we are a very metrics-oriented organization, we rely heavily on our Engineering team, and never lose sight of the work they do. After all, you can’t have one without the other, and we try to ensure that both departments are working closely together. Thanks again.
