      Pros

      High volume work, if your high energy. Managers are fair and flexible. Freedom to be innovative. They have direct deposit.

      Cons

      Pay increases doesn't keep up with inflation. Healthcare benefits get worse and more expensive every year. Pay increases and bonuses are withheld or provided at a discount based on poor executive decisions. If your an above average employee you will be asked to do more with no incentive.

      Pros

      Opportunity to make money, strong industry that has a good history. So far the local leadership speaks my language, hope it continues.

      Cons

      Corporate America—usual hiccups that come with a large company and recent acquisitions. Tough competition that has a strong presence combined with a long, complex sale will make it difficult so your support is essential.

      New health plan for 2018 is a disgrace for a fortune 100 company. Work environment hostile. That is why I am looking for a different employer who cares about their employees well being
