Pros
There are still a few good people left. This could be an outstanding place to work. It used to be. There are a few really smart really good people running at the upper levels. The comp plan is decent in sales if you know how to work it.
Cons
Area management is jealous of salespeople. The more you make, the better you are, the more suspect you are. If you are an operations team member you can commit crimes like lying about installations, make salespeople that you don’t like look ineffective by cooking your books to make jobs appear unprofitable. Knowingly defraud and continue to defraud, steal from customers and create a significant life safety hazard for the public and yet be number one in the US. You can break every safety rule and nearly kill yourself and still be employed....BUT If you make more money than area leadership as a salesperson...you are getting fired. No matter how hard you work if he doesn’t like you, you are screwed...if you are in sales...integrity will be shoved down your throat while every crime Is overlooked the ops side. Billing is a total nightmare and salespeople are the dumping ground for every problem. No time to sell due to being buried in minutia. They manage to the shareholders and crap on the employees and the customers. Come EOY plan on having no coffee, no toilet paper, no travel, no copier paper, no perks. Plan to get dozens of complaints about service and billing every hour. In this area, this is the Hotel California, you can check out, but you can never leave. They will send lawyers after you and try to ruin your life after you have gone.
