      No best reason to work here

      Cons

      No professionalism in the management and leads. they appointed Leads who does not have prior team leading experience and who actually not deserved for those rolls. Leads do harrasment on the floor only. And the manager support the lead behaviour. And no flexibility,no good pay, no carrier growth.

      Love the people I work with. Options for remote work.

      Cons

      Benefits are subpar for a company this size. Layoffs seem almost quarterly to meet growth targets. If one brand is failing the whole business unit suffers. Morale tanks annually during Q4.

      Long stand up meeting wasting time of every team member, demotivating talk from sr. manager, negative environment, less salary hike, you cannot grow in terms of money and designation such a environment, biased people.
