      Pros

      The job is pretty stable as it produces a high volume of product coming in and out of the door. The benefits are pretty good as it has a good company match and other discounts on random purchases you may want to have.

      Cons

      They don't want to put in the time and energy to develop you to get to the next level. Management does a poor job communicating.

      - Too many computer applications, with very little training for workers to learn how to confidently use them. - The high likelihood that you will never meet some of your global coworkers face-to-face. - Cumbersome or absent initial training for new employees.
