      - Coworkers are more than just your coworkers; they are your friends. - Fairly good work/life balance, if you choose to make use of it. - Supervisors are supportive. - Good benefits package. - Company laptop, cellphone.

      Cons

      - Too many computer applications, with very little training for workers to learn how to confidently use them. - The high likelihood that you will never meet some of your global coworkers face-to-face. - Cumbersome or absent initial training for new employees.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
