Pros

CloudBlue is a great platform that has no real competitors - nobody can do as much as CloudBlue can. So if you know what you're selling and know your audience, you can really nail it. Plus you can learn a lot about the world of Cloud and *-as-a-Service as CloudBlue touches virtually all business cases.

Cons

Management. It feels like nobody from CloudBlue management really cares about what's going on in the business, they only care about their KPIs and their warm seats. And they're ready to do anything to protect their sweet positions, they don't care if what they're doing is barely if at all ethical. So if you're ready to be treated like crap, literally yelled at, valued as some low and expendable unit, and be at mercy of your manager's mood today - you may as well give it a try. If you want healthy work environment, guidance from your superiors and growth then you should really skip this one. And from feedback from my colleagues - nobody is happy with their jobs and huge staff turnover proves this. In terms of strategy and direction - it changes every quarter, so you never really know what you're supposed to be achieving and again, management will feed you crap and keep you in the dark. In the same time they will be very demanding of delivering you-really-don't-know-what. Not sure if they know themselves what they're doing except for playing politics and protecting themselves. Overall, I would not recommend. There are many much better companies with much healthier work environments.

Pros

Friendly People, Large office building

Cons

Extremely low paid vs market. IT Project Managers should be paid at least $85k - Ingram paid me 38k plus small "goal attainment" incentives No opportunities to develop skills, manager constantly denying MANY requests to learn new things, despite telling our team he supports growth. Poor management leadership - constantly flying to conferences and other events but never applying the skills/tech to Ingram's own business. In 3 years, we never hit Quota. Too large to be effective - projects don't get completed because too many team members holding up details. My manager had extreme discrimination - treated me much worse than other team members - imposing rules that no one else had to follow (telling me I HAD to shave my beard but no other team members had to, controlling my wardrobe he would let me wear to the office - no sweaters no canvas shoes, not allowed to telecommute despite rest of team of 12 members only came to office 2-3 days/week). He really made me hate my life every day.

terrible MD

Pros

good pay . Colleagues in general are ok to work with.

Cons

I echoed the comments posted by the technician in Singapore dated 24 Feb. The MD's behaviour is unacceptable; always shouting and verbally abusing staff which was the reason why l chose to leave the company just a few months into the job. I was surprised that a huge American MNC can allow such barbaric and ungroomed/ unprofessional behaviour. The HR in US HQ is fully aware but condone such behaviour. However, I really salute all his directs for being able to take such horrible treatment from him, or rather, the advice is if you want to work here, you probably need to be someone without pride. Eye opening experience as I thought then i had joined a large successful MNC but ended up joining a company that run like a small local business with the boss always shouting at everyone.
