      Pros

      Good brand, Intelligent people around to learn from, Management actually considers employees as assets and takes good care of them, good learning and career growth opportunities as it has big clients, excellent work culture, good training and infrastructure, good managers

      Cons

      Compensation lower than industry standards, many times offshore resources are given good ratings compared to onsite resources, smartly framed HR policies, recently started cost cutting on small things

      Pros

      Excellent training for Non Computer Science people. 4 months especially in Mysore will be one of the best 4 months of your life. It has a good campus culture and excellent work atmosphere. Excellent facilities like fitness center, swimming pool on campus.

      Cons

      Overcrowded. The company is hiring in thousands and it is easy to get lost in the crowd. Long bench periods (They seem good in the first few days, but can be frustrating for longer durations). Since they are hiring a lot, co-worker competence has gone down drastically. After training in one particular technology, they may put you to work in a completely different technology.
