Apologies for the delay here, thanks for the review and for being a part of our team, we hope you'll continue to come back for Alumni events--more to follow there soon as well. I think you're right on some of the pain points we have had in the past and some that we are still grappling with today, but I think you would find we've made some progress, though we still have more to go. Either way, you're spot on that the benefits are impressive and that being part of industry leadership is exciting--there is certainly never a dull moment around here. We'll continue working on the communication, collaboration, and leadership opportunities that come with scale, thank you for your input in helping us get there and for your time with us, we're very grateful. -Katie

Appreciate the write-up and you being part of our team, thank you! I agree that the very things that make HubSpot exciting make it hard to strike a balance when you want to take everything in--hopefully you feel the efforts we've made to equip managers with better tools on that front and set better examples of folks internally with a great balance, but if you have specific ideas we can do better on, please let me know, happy to brainstorm more creative suggestions there. Thanks for your hard work and the review! -Katie

Pros

- Working with extremely smart, yet humble, people - Exciting product that is disrupting the marketing world - Fantastic C-level leadership - Transparency - They treat you like an adult (working from home, unlimited vacation, etc.)

Cons

- Sometimes the working hours could run well into the night (I had clients in Japan and Australia, and had to work at 9pm for client calls) - Moving internally around different departments is encouraged, but you better know what you're getting into, as if you don't excel in your new role, there are always 15-20 potential hires chomping at the bit to replace you

Thanks for the review and thoughtful feedback. I think your push to continue to be transparent is a totally fair one, and I also think your feedback with regard to global growth is a good one. One of the challenges and opportunities of massive international growth is significantly higher demand for calls and meetings outside typical times, so we need to be mindful of that and keep an eye on schedules and demands accordingly. I appreciate your thoughts and the reinforcement that we treat people like adults--that's the goal (avoid micro-management wherever possible and invest in great people) so I'm delighted to hear we fulfilled the promise for you here. Any other feedback you have, send it my way-thanks again for writing this up. -Katie
