Pros

- Working with extremely smart, yet humble, people - Exciting product that is disrupting the marketing world - Fantastic C-level leadership - Transparency - They treat you like an adult (working from home, unlimited vacation, etc.)

Cons

- Sometimes the working hours could run well into the night (I had clients in Japan and Australia, and had to work at 9pm for client calls) - Moving internally around different departments is encouraged, but you better know what you're getting into, as if you don't excel in your new role, there are always 15-20 potential hires chomping at the bit to replace you

Thanks for the review and thoughtful feedback. I think your push to continue to be transparent is a totally fair one, and I also think your feedback with regard to global growth is a good one. One of the challenges and opportunities of massive international growth is significantly higher demand for calls and meetings outside typical times, so we need to be mindful of that and keep an eye on schedules and demands accordingly. I appreciate your thoughts and the reinforcement that we treat people like adults--that's the goal (avoid micro-management wherever possible and invest in great people) so I'm delighted to hear we fulfilled the promise for you here. Any other feedback you have, send it my way-thanks again for writing this up. -Katie

Pros

The teams you work with are phenomenal. The knowledge combination between an internal customer facing teams, engineering product development teams, and Sales are unmatched.

Cons

Excessive use of PIPs to oust employees after multiple high revenue launches, with no explanation, actual documentation, or factual data. Reviews have been adjusted to allow for terminations post pre-approved leaves. Salaries are a joke. You are always in a cover yourself mode 24/7. Management reviews are consistently a 2 or 3 out of 5 no matter what. If a team decides you aren’t in the group, management will put you on a “unofficial” PIP without telling you, in order to surprise you at a later date. Even if they are unfounded. Beware of possibility of negative backlash post launches. They will feel the need to assign blame ( such as for timelines or issues related to bugs). Regardless of performance or level of involvement. This is an enormous company with many large paths for career advancement. But micro management is rampant, leaving little room for doing the daily expectations of your actual role. This degrades your opportunities for career advancement.
