      Pros

      My HubSpot experience was an exceptional one; tons of people to learn from, at all levels of the company, and my career is the better for it. The company has a can-do, GSD culture that will set you up for success in the future.

      Cons

      Especially on the sales side, things do get a little bit bro-y. It's an odd feeling seeing a 22 year old grabbing a beer from the taps in the kitchen -- at lunch -- and I think that there could be more proactive steps taken to address that type of thing.

I think you're right on some of the pain points we have had in the past and some that we are still grappling with today, but I think you would find we've made some progress, though we still have more to go.
