Unprofessional managers Started off with a 40 hour work week that is salaried, now 45 hours and a mandatory 5 hours of OT to get the same salary. Then you are questioned if you go over 45 hours a week.

With this work, busy is the word! Which makes the time go by fast. You are always involved in many different roles. From customer service, to back room processing, merchandising and stocking displays, furniture moving and assembling. You do it all for a very little pay. I clean the bathrooms and sweep the floors because we don't have a custodial person or cleaning company in our store. During a 5hour part time shift. I walk more than 6 miles sometimes it can be as high as 9 miles in 5 hrs. The store is understaffed with some poor employee moral. There is no back room staff. Be prepared to process the truck deliveries. Empty tanks, merchandise and run back and forth from merchandising to the registers like a ping-pong ball! Oh and the shared bathrooms with the customers is the grossest! Topped off by a filthy employee lounge. Communication from management is also not very good. There is not enough follow up between managers and employees.
