Lack of support from upper management. Poor wages for associates. Very political. Not enough payroll. Poor work life balance for management teams. Excessive hours.

Getting paid weekly is the only pro to this job. Although it is not much at all.

Cons

Pay only equal to fast food. Cutting hours at the last minute. Not promoting hard working college educated employees.

So physical it can get you into shape. Pay for management was acceptable with the mandatory overtime. Excellent benefit program.

Cons

Leadership was a clique of egotistical, hateful people that treated help as a lower class who were entirely replaceable Standards were entirely subjective so different leaders required different set ups requiring endless retouching of same areas Incredibly low pay for hourly staff so constant turnover and call offs
