Business Outlook
Pros
Great Benefits, 401k and vacation time. Internationally held which allows for relatively easy relocation within the country or world. Family type work environment where you feel like you're at home when you are at work.
Cons
There is not enough time/money spent on preventable maintenance. If it isn't broken, dont fix it... Outside of your department, there is little social interaction in the company. Most companies will hold office parties and such, but at AI there are department parties with very little inclusion.
