Little support...”perform or you are out” is the “new” philosophy. People who have dedicated their working careers are being shown the door, I.e. no loyalty or chance to adapt. Potential new ways of working or modernized engagement practices are being “ignored.” The extent of the vision of the new CEO is to be a blue-chip company but he does not role model blue chip leadership behavior nor develop any real or tangible construct about what this could look like.

Management is lost, top management does not make people feel part. Humans are just treated as FTE’s. Unless the company changes from the top, I foresee them just going downhill.
