Results and quality of products will remain incredibly bad, customers will keep complaining if you don't fix the interpersonal issues by having the right leaders in leading positions

A disaster. Everyone is looking for opportunities to leave, especially those who survived the first 3 years. Most of Management is looking for change, but blocks change if it comes. Selfish individuals, no team spirit, no motivation, just execution of some Managers non-sense orders.
