      For today, it may be a good record in CV for newbies.

      - Automotive stakeholders don't believe in the company opening offices to make own navigation. - Number of automotive deals are lost. - Number of Leadership Team members are running away. - Development goes to outsource, in-house developers are kicked off. - Arrogant management is playing own kiss up kick down games. - Edzard can't realize he drives the company in the Nokia manner.

      The potential to create good, even great products is still there. Opportunities to work with many different technologies can be found.

      Cons

      - Extremely bureaucratic. Things get done very slowly if at all (you just give up at some point). - Too many people who can say no, too few who can say yes. Makes it easy to play politics and block others. - The leaders are unwilling to engage in meaningful conversation. Everything is top-down and decision-making process is not transparent.
