      Pros

      Salary is more than fair in Berlin. People are supportive for you are private life and personal projects outside, a good opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Reorganization can happen regularly in order to get rid of redundant roles within the company. Therefore, there are only pockets of interesting projets&teams within the organization.

      That there are other companies in the world to work for, this isn't the only one - thank goodness!

      Cons

      I've never worked somewhere with such horrible "leaders"... bullying people, pushing them to work unrealistic hours, and high turnover. Shameful!

      Salary and bonus are above market. Lots of high end events and travel (normally)

      Cons

      Strategy changes one day to the next but information is carefully guarded so hard to know what today’s goal is. Very old school hierarchical, more interested in optics and managing up than results.
