      Pros

      Very good and smart people, you get to work on things that literally change the world. Relaxed atmosphere, people are helpful, very good work-life balance. Compensation package is fair (BVG tickets, phone, bonus etc...)

      Cons

      Top level reorg about 2 times per year that changes nothing. Some teams are incredibly rigid and sometimes it takes months to get the simplest things done. Weak marketing department.

      Pros

      Modern workspace and IT for employees is quite good (3.7-3.8/5). German Automotive Consortium brings fire and drive to the company. New owners are apparently very interested in ongoing success of company and have a relatively clear idea of business needs ahead.

      Cons

      Communications between groups is made possible only by a handful of hyper-enthusiastic individuals. Past two CEOs have been removed after less that 12 months, so the conclusions are less than stellar. C level positions remain unfilled after many months and HR seems to be completely its compass.
